2) Complimentary membership access to Salcombe Harbour Hotel & Spa’s HarSpa and fitness facilities during your stay. For guests visiting with children, the hotel operates dedicated family swimming sessions (typically 8:30–10:30 am and 4:30–6:30 pm daily). These slots are managed by the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked once you have arrived in Salcombe. To ensure you don't miss out during peak times, we recommend contacting the hotel as soon as you arrive. Full details on how to book will be provided in your check-in instructions. The hotel now charges a fee for the use of their spa towels and we do not provide beach or swimming towels at this apartment. So, we recommend bringing your own towels from home for your spa visits.Â
3) No smoking, vaping, candles or BBQ’s are permitted inside, on the balcony, undercover parking area or in close vicinity to the building.
4) Children must be supervised at all times in the apartment and on the balcony.
5) Underfloor heating throughout the property.
6) There is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at this development. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to. Â
7)No items to be left or stored in the communal hallway of the development during your stay.Â
8) This holiday home does not accept any pets. However, the owners do bring their own dog on occasions.
